AN EARLY MARCH NIGHT AT BANNERMANby S  by Giles Sutherland, art critic and writer: by With no anticipatory  thoughts I enter the familiar cellar pub, once owned by Julian Bannerman and his model wife, Isobel.  In the vaulted back room itby s almost dark except for the feeble stage lighting.  A figure appears on stage.  Sheby s tall, blond, striking and, I find, immediately fascinating.  Her voice unleashes a heart-rending power which grabs my attention even more.  The vocal range, the force and the evidently raw emotion which the voice communicates combine.  They connect.  Here is life lived to the full in all its pain, joy and sexiness.  I ask someone in the audience "who is she?".  by Oh,by comes the reply, by ..thatby s Electraby ....
